Chuck Shelton

Chuck Shelton currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Greatheart Consulting, a role held since August 2007, where the focus is on developing inclusive leaders and fostering inclusive environments. Prior to this, Chuck was the Director of Leadership Development at Safeco Insurance from February 2004 to August 2007, working on diversity and leadership strategy with senior leaders in Customer Care. Chuck also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Diversity Management Inc. from September 1989 to January 2004, leading the firm to national recognition in diversity strategy and training. Educational accomplishments include a Master's Degree in Ethics from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's Degree in Conflict Studies from The Evergreen State College.
