Kyro Parker

Kyro Parker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy, Operations, and People at Greatheart Consulting, Parker leads company-wide initiatives to foster courageous and inclusive leadership. In a concurrent role as the Workforce Strategies Complaints & Investigations Strategist for the State of Washington, Parker enhances workplace culture and accountability across over 60 state agencies. Previous experiences include serving as a Business Strategy Consultant at Interior Gains, Director of Business Strategy & Marketing at Lakewood Barbershop, and Manager for events at Union Club Tacoma. Parker has also contributed to the event planning industry through Good Friend Events and worked as a freelancer in social media and strategy consulting. An alumnus of Washington State University, Parker’s expertise spans strategic planning, operational systems, and community engagement.
