Ryan Martin

Ryan Martin has extensive experience in sales and customer service, most notably as an Assistant Sales Manager and Account Manager at Greatland since September 2004. Responsibilities include managing business relationships, conducting outbound sales calls, and facilitating customer order renewals. Ryan has also contributed to operational efficiencies as a Sales Support member and developed customer service training materials as a Customer Service Representative. Additionally, ownership of True North Vacays LLC from August 2018 to April 2022 involved managing property, financials, and marketing activities for vacation rentals. Earlier roles included Dispatching at Charter Communications and customer service roles, where skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and sales were honed. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Aquinas College, completed between 2018 and 2022.
