Isabel Gruß has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an intern in Gästemanagement at Campus Symposium Iserlohn GmbH. Isabel then worked as a Praktikant im Eventmarketing at bigFM in 2015 before becoming an Event Promoter for the same company. In 2016, they joined Cleveland GmbH as a Projektleiterin Event, Promotion & Verkaufsförderung and worked there until 2019. During that time, they also worked as an Event-Marketing-Manager at RUBDE. In 2020, Isabel joined VNR Verlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft AG as a Junior Produktmanagerin, and later became a Produktmanager. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Digital Product Managerin at Greator GmbH starting from October 2022.

Isabel Gruß has a varied and comprehensive education history. Isabel started by completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Event- und Sportmanagement at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2016. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study marketing at Stellenbosch University in 2015.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Isabel pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing & Communication at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2017 to 2020. This program provided their with deeper knowledge and expertise in the field of marketing.

To further enhance their skills, Isabel enrolled in a short-term program called Squared Online in 2020. This program focused on Digital Marketing & Leadership, allowing their to expand their knowledge in this area.

In addition to their formal education, Isabel has obtained additional certifications. Isabel completed a certification in Digital Marketing & Leadership from Squared Online in September 2020. Isabel also obtained a certification in Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings from Google, although the specific details of this certification, such as the month and year of completion, were not provided.
