Previously, Charles held the position of Front Office Manager at Moxy Minneapolis Uptown from April 2021 to June 2022 and worked as a Rooms Controller/Hotel Training Manager/Concierge at The Westin Edina Galleria from July 2016 to October 2020. Additional roles include Front Office Manager at The Radisson Blu Minneapolis and The Westin Minneapolis, General Manager at a hotel from February 2013 to June 2013, and Front Office Manager at Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown. Charles also gained sales management experience at Radisson Hotel Bloomington by Mall of America and Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, and served as General Manager at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson.
