Jeff Paxton

Jeff Paxton has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Jeff began their career at General Motors, where they held various engineering and management positions, overseeing quality assurance, production readiness, and facility improvement projects. Jeff then moved on to roles at Citation Corporation, where they directed a team of engineers in product development and launched new products across multiple industries. At Tecumseh Products Company, Jeff executed corporate programs related to cost management and strategy development. Jeff also served as Vice President at The Tackett Group, providing business support to purchasing organizations. More recently, Jeff has held positions at Sodecia, Merit Technologies Worldwide, and Grede Holdings LLC, where they managed program launches, led product design and development teams, and achieved major automotive OEM programs.
