Kellie Sexton, SHRM-CP, has a solid work experience in the field of Human Resources. In 2016, they began their career at Lake Shore Systems, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and procedures. After a year in that role, they transitioned to the position of Community Relations Manager & Training Coordinator, further enhancing their skills in communication and training coordination. In 2018, Kellie joined Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers as a Human Resources Director, where they assumed a leadership position and was responsible for overseeing HR operations. Kellie'stenure at Optalis lasted until 2023, when they moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Grede Holdings LLC. Kellie has shown a consistent commitment to the HR field and has continually advanced their career through various roles and responsibilities.

Kellie Sexton, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Management and Human Resources from Lake Superior State University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bay de Noc Community College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In July 2021, Kellie obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
