New Hire

○ Coordinate the onboarding process of Circle Leaders and volunteers. Promote a supportive, inclusive, positive culture within the Circles community

o Serve as primary staff liaison for the Recruitment Team.

○ Write and speak passionately on what’s needed to reduce poverty in the local community

○ Assist Coaches with the direction and coordination of the five volunteer Resource Teams and meet with the chairs

○ Assist with interviews, selection and enrollment of Circle Leaders and Allies

○ Ensure confidentiality in all communications – both written and oral

○ Oversee data collection and input of data into the Circles USA data system

Complete all other duties as assigned by the chapter’s Startup Team or Lead Organization to ensure the success of the Circles chapter

o Main admin for communication with the chapter members when needed by Coaches.
