Michael Kelly possesses extensive experience in the packaging industry, currently serving as Plant Production Manager at Green Bay Packaging since February 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing plant production, safety, quality, and maintenance, as well as managing maintenance personnel and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Technical Sales Representative and Technical Service Manager at International Paper, and managerial and support positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC. With a career spanning several decades, Michael has developed expertise in client relations, production management, and quality control, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Marquette University.
