Randy Stine

Randy Stine is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in both military and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Team Operations Manager at Green Bay Packaging since October 2011, Randy provides leadership to the Coated Products Operations Division, focusing on the production of pressure sensitive label stock. Prior to this role, Randy held various positions in the US Navy, including Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of officers and enlisted personnel, and overseeing data collection and analysis. Previous naval roles encompassed Assistant Operations Officer and Quality Assurance Officer, contributing to combat training, quality control, and operational scheduling. Randy's military career began in 1989, with a focus on anti-submarine operations, culminating in a Master's degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University.
