Jessica Hill

Jessica Hill is the current buyer at the Green Bay Packers. Jessica previously worked as store manager and buyer at Pacifier from August 2017 to December 2018. In their role at Pacifier, Jessica was responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards, researching visual merchandising ideas, and reporting on buying trends and customer needs. Jessica also managed buying brands specific to the City Center Skyway location in addition to specific buying categories across all 4 locations. In addition to their buying responsibilities, Jessica also managed the store Facebook page and dealt with all issues that arose from staff or customers. Jessica is a shining example of well behavior and high performance, meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff. Jessica is also responsible for planning company social and volunteer events and managing all company donation requests.

Jessica Hill has a Bachelor's Degree in Retail Merchandising from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Global Merchandise & Management from Johnson & Wales University, and they are currently pursuing a degree in Marquette University. Jessica also has a High School diploma from Northwood High School.
