John Madsen

John Madsen possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, holding key leadership positions at various companies. Currently, John serves as an Owner/Shareholder for the Green Bay Packers since December 2011 and has held multiple high-level roles including Chairman of the Board for the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association from 2021 to 2022 and Vice President at Black Line Group, focusing on reducing tax liabilities through the R&D Tax Credit. Previously, John managed operations as General Manager at both Hestia Heating Products and Dayton Rogers Manufacturing, overseeing diverse functions such as design, engineering, sales, and quality control. John began a career in manufacturing as a Process Engineer at Gage Tool and Manufacturing Company. Educational credentials include a BS in Business from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a degree in Tool and Die Technology from AIT.
