Jon-Eric Sullivan was promoted to vice president of player personnel on Friday, July 22, 2022, after serving as the co-director of player personnel since 2018.

Promoted to co-director of player personnel on May 25, 2018, after spending two seasons as the director of college scouting.

Named director of college scouting on June 16, 2016. First joined the Packers in 2004 as the team's National Football Scouting representative after interning for the Packers during the 2003 training camp.

Served as a college scout covering the Central Plains (2008-11) and Southeast (2012-15) regions.

As a student assistant at Gardner-Webb in 2001, was the primary position coach for receivers.

Graduated from Gardner-Webb in December 2000 after transferring from South Carolina and finishing his collegiate playing career as a wide receiver with the Bulldogs.

The son of Jerry Sullivan, a longtime NFL and college coach who recently retired after more than 40 years of coaching.
