Matt Eike

Matt Eike is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in recruitment and business operations. Currently serving as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at DSJ Global since March 2022, Eike has progressed through various roles within the company, showcasing expertise in recruitment. As the Owner of the Green Bay Packers, Eike has been involved since November 1997. Previous experience includes a role as Carrier Sales Rep I at Xpress Technologies and an internship at BRANDT®, where support was provided to multiple departments on projects related to international business expansion and sales data. Eike began a career in human resources as an intern at The Arc of the Quad Cities Area. Eike holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and History from Augustana College, completed in 2020.
