Peter van Dijken

Peter van Dijken is the Founder & Owner of Green Boy Group, a leading supplier of plant-based, NON-GMO and Organic food ingredients. Peter is also a Board Member of the Plant Based Foods Association, contributing to the growth of the plant-based food and beverage community. With a background in criminal law, Peter has also worked as a Director of Sales and Trader in North America for Interfood Group B.V. Peter holds a Master's degree in International Criminal Law from Columbia Law School and has extensive experience in legal internships and advisory roles.
