Cody Bailey

Cody Bailey currently serves as Land Development Manager-West at Green Brick Partners, Inc., since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in residential land development. Prior to this role, Cody held the position of Land Development Manager at Ashton Woods Homes from September 2015 to October 2025, overseeing various tasks such as project design, construction management, and financial planning. Recognized for exceptional project management skills, Cody was awarded the 2020 Builder/Project Manager of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association and received the 2017 Builder of the Year award for the DFW Division. Earlier experience includes key roles at Norwood Land Services as Landman-Project Manager-Partner and positions at Lennar Homes, Perry Homes, Wells Fargo Financial, and Washington Mutual Bank.
