Rick Costello

Rick Costello has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick began their career at Peat Marwick as a Supervising Senior before moving on to Paragon Group as an Assistant Vice President Finance. In 1991, they joined GL Homes, where they held various roles including Division President, Senior VP Planning, and Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer. From 2007 to 2014, Rick worked as an Investment Manager for their own self-employed venture. Since 2015, they have served as the Chief Financial Officer of Green Brick Partners, INC.

Rick Costello holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Central Florida from 1976 to 1979. Rick is also a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, certified by the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) in 1980.
