Megan Zimet

Megan Zimet has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Starting as an Art Intern and Volunteer at Noyes Children's Library in 2012, they then became a Public Art and Kramer Gallery Assistant at the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County in 2013. In the same year, they also volunteered at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art + Design. In 2015, they worked as a Drafter, Secretary, and Bookkeeper at J B Wyble & Associates PA, MEP Consulting Engineers while also working as a Retail Assistant and Cashier at Kensington Caboose Consignment Store. In 2016, they were a Digital Media Intern at Discovery Communications and in 2017, they worked as a Logo Designer at Carlos Auto Company. In 2018, they worked as a Video/Motion Graphics Intern at FleishmanHillard, as an Animator and Video Editor, and as a Wedding Invitation Designer as a freelancer. Since 2019, they have been employed as a Motion Graphic Design Trainee, Assistant Motion Graphic Designer, Associate Motion Graphic Designer, and Motion Graphic Designer at Green Buzz Agency.

Megan Zimet began their education in 2008 at Academy of the Holy Cross High School. Megan then attended Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School from 2009 to 2012. After graduating, they enrolled in the Montgomery Scholars Program at Montgomery College, where they earned their General Studies degree in 2014. Megan then attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2014 to 2017, majoring in Motion Media Design and minoring in Metals and Jewelry.
