Mukesh Kshatriya, CPA, CA has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. In 1991, they began their career at Ernst & Young - Toronto as a Chartered Accountant. Mukesh then moved on to Unisource Canada Inc. in 1995, where they worked as a Corporate Finance/Special Projects/M&A. In 2000, they joined E-Learning Communications Co. as CFO/VP Finance & Administration. In 2001, they founded Mayami Financial, a company providing comprehensive financial, management, accounting and tax services. Mukesh also started their own business as a Business/Finance Professional in 2001. In 2003, they founded Vedastone Capital Inc. and in 2007, they joined ASG Financial Corp. as VP Development. In 2010, they became CFO/VP Finance of Solar Income Fund Inc. and in 2014, they joined Resolve Digital Health as CFO. Most recently, in 2020, they became CFO of Green Check Verified, a FinTech/RegTech company.
