Joanne Conrad

Joanne Conrad, SHRM-CP, CCC, NCC, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Green Chimneys since July 2017, Joanne's responsibilities include recruiting for a diverse range of positions nationally and internationally, co-leading performance appraisal redesigns, and managing large onboarding events. Prior experience includes roles at Benefit Management Solutions, Binder&Binder TNSSDA, LLC, and Perfumania, focusing on HR operations, compliance, and employee support. Joanne holds a Master’s degree in School Counseling/Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.
