Lauren Brady (Opalenik), MSOL, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Green Circle Growers, where collaboration with various departments and implementation of employee retention programs are key responsibilities. Previously, Lauren held roles as a Recruiting Coordinator at Green Circle Growers and as a Service and Engagement Team Leader at Target, demonstrating expertise in team leadership and recruitment processes. Additional experience includes a Graduate Assistant position in the Office of Community Engagement at Mercyhurst University, an intern role in Learning and Organizational Development at BrandMuscle, and previous internships in recruiting at Cohen & Company and human resources at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University.
