Elizabeth Dykstra-McCarthy

Elizabeth Dykstra-McCarthy is a Climate Policy Specialist at the Green Climate Fund since April 2024, with previous experience as a Climate & Energy Policy Analyst at the Climate Investment Funds. Elizabeth has held significant roles at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, serving as Senior Sherpa on the UN Global Crisis Response Group, delivering policy recommendations on energy in response to the war in Ukraine, and managing a political risk podcast series, Foreign Brief. Other experience includes working as a researcher for The Feinstein Center, engaging with policy analysis at the World Bank and business human rights projects, and contributing to various environmental and humanitarian initiatives. Elizabeth holds a degree from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School.
