Euan Low is a seasoned professional in climate and infrastructure advisory with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Climate Sector Lead for Energy, Industry & Transport at the Green Climate Fund since July 2023, Euan drives efforts to integrate climate mitigation and adaptation principles into public and private sector investments. Previously, Euan worked at PwC from November 2018 to February 2023 as an Advisor, focusing on sustainable development and private finance in Asian markets. Euan's earlier career includes positions as Asia Pacific Infrastructure Advisory Services Director and Japan Country Manager at Mott MacDonald, providing technical advice on infrastructure projects. Euan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, complemented by executive training in Japan. Notably, Euan led the production of a publication on mainstreaming Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in PPP procurement.
