At Green Data Facility (GDF), we're building AI-native data center infrastructure by solving the industry's defining constraint: power delivery at scale.

The grid — not capital — now sets the pace of AI deployment. With 2,300 GW in the U.S. interconnection queue and a median 5-year wait to commercial operation, traditional development cannot keep pace with demand.

GDF operates an integrated execution model that aligns demand, design, capital, and infrastructure from day one — deploying contracted infrastructure, not speculative capacity.

GDF is a pure infrastructure platform. We don't own GPUs or sell compute. We finance, design, deploy, operate, and commercialize the high-density data center infrastructure that makes AI scale possible.

What defines GDF:
Contracted deployment — no facility breaks ground without credit-backed offtake in place. Capital follows demand.

Edge-proximate scale — targeting 100–200 MW nodes in strategic markets with available power and enterprise proximity. Edge is not small — it is strategically placed scale.

AI-native architecture — 100kW+ rack density, direct liquid cooling, and Tier III+ redundancy designed for next-generation GPU clusters.

Integrated execution — demand, design, capital, and infrastructure aligned in parallel. Faster, more predictable deployment with institutional-grade financeability.

Platform scale — building toward a GW-scale portfolio of power-anchored AI infrastructure assets.

The AI buildout is the largest infrastructure investment cycle in U.S. history. Half of all U.S. electricity demand growth through 2030 is projected to come from data centers. GDF is positioned at the intersection of unprecedented compute demand and a power delivery system that traditional development cannot solve.
We're not building data centers.

We're building the infrastructure that makes AI scale possible.
