As the Founder and CEO of HYVÄ Coaching & Consulting d.o.o., Kirsi emphasizes performance improvement and change management in the tourism sector. Additionally, Kirsi contributes to various organizations, including the Global Ecotourism Network and Green Destinations, and holds roles in education as a guest lecturer at Hochschule Heilbronn. With a degree in Business Administration focused on Tourism Management and Marketing, Kirsi is dedicated to fostering sustainability and innovation in tourism across multiple platforms and regions.
