Green Dinosaur, Inc. was founded on the principle of comprehensive services to deliver verified high-performance results in building operation. From pre-design through construction and into the building life cycle, we provide services leveraging our expertise and focus.

SUSTAINABILITY
Our Sustainability services are the cornerstone of high-performance building design. Aggregating all metrics of the built environment; energy, water, waste, transport, material, durability, accessibility, and beauty, we identify the synergies and trade-offs of these interrelated factors, optimizing the building design to leverage the greatest returns over the full life-cycle of the project.

PERFORMANCE
Our Performance services work through a strategic evaluation protocol to identify potentially valuable design opportunities and then to dive deep into those strategies, extracting the value from each opportunity. Utilizing computer simulations to evaluate every dynamic piece of the built environment from the effects of weather, climate change, daylight, building envelope, lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation strategies, including dynamic airflow, heat transfer, and thermal mass effects affords any project the opportunity to understand the potential payback of a design strategy and to do it virtually, without capital investment in bricks and mortar.

VERIFICATION
Our Verification services utilize total quality management principles throughout all stages of design, construction, and operations. This bring us face-to-face with the contractors, systems, and assemblies; commissioning, testing, and diagnosing the project performance to assure that each component of a high-performance project functions as intended, translating projected efficiencies into real operational savings.
