James Warder, CPA, MBA

James Warder is a CPA and MBA with work experience in various finance roles. James is currently working as the Corporate Controller at Green Dot Labs since October 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager - Accounting at DigitalGlobe from September 2014 to March 2019. James also worked at MWH Global, first as a Financial Reporting Manager from June 2008 to December 2010, and later as an Assistant Controller from December 2010 to September 2014.

James Warder, CPA, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Accounting and Finance from Regis University in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B/S) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 1995. James also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification obtained in May 2005 from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy.
