Casey Matz

Casey Matz serves as the Lead of Fraud Operations at Green Dot Corporation since June 2022, responsible for training, team leadership, and overseeing fraud investigations for core products and digital banking accounts. Prior to this role, Casey took a short break as a stay-at-home dad in early 2022 and worked as a Fraud Supervisor at Netspend from August 2018 to May 2022, focusing on retail debit card fraud monitoring and compliance reporting. Additional experience includes serving as a Lead Fraud Investigator at Pinkerton, a Claims Adjuster at USAA, and a Claims Adjuster at State Farm, where Casey managed various aspects of property and casualty claims. Early career experience included a role as an Assistant Retail Manager at Target, emphasizing loss prevention and organized retail crime. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Alabama.
