Emma Harvey-Smith is an accomplished professional with a strong background in finance and sustainability. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at the Green Finance Institute since January 2020, Emma drives impact and seeks growth opportunities within the organization. Emma holds directorial positions at TrustMark and Future Homes Hub, and previously held roles at Barclays from 2016 to 2019, contributing significantly to the founding of the Barclays Green Banking Council and the development of sustainability-focused financial products. Emma's early career included various analytical roles at Barclays and an internship at Deutsche Bank, complemented by a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Warwick.
