Currently serving as Managing Partner at ERM, Irem leads the Sustainability & Climate Solutions team in Northern Europe, advising global clients on sustainability and ESG matters. As a Common Councillor for the Lime Street Ward and Lead Member for Sustainable Finance at the City of London Corporation, Irem focuses on promoting the UK's green finance initiatives. Additionally, Irem is a Board Director at the Green Finance Institute and a Board Member at the Barbican Centre. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson and Marsh & McLennan, specializing in climate-related risks and sustainable business strategies. Irem holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, Insurance, and Risk Management from Bayes Business School and Marmara University.
