Debra Malkin Dockser is the President and Co-Founder of Green Generation, which optimizes client profitability by implementing customized, enterprise-wide energy solutions. GreenGen makes every energy decision a smarter financial decision for its clients throughout the United States. Debbie is a member of GreenGen’s Executive Committee.
Debbie began her professional career at JMB Realty, where she was instrumental in the marketing of their institutional real estate funds. She also helped to finance the acquisition of Arvida from the Walt Disney Company. In recent years, she has overseen the asset management of Brown’s Wharf, a historically designated mixed-use property in the Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, which was designated the oldest ENERGY STAR certified property in Baltimore and among the oldest in the United States.
Debbie received an A.B. from the University of Michigan. She previously sat on the Board of Directors of the Discovery Creek Children’s Museum in Washington, DC (now part of Living Classrooms). She is a member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP).
