Megan Baker

Megan Baker, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental engagement and management. Since April 2017, Megan has served in various leadership roles at the Green Building Initiative, an international nonprofit focused on reducing climate impacts through improved building practices. Prior to this, Megan worked as Team Manager for the Northeast region at Inspirato, a luxury hospitality company. Earlier experience includes serving as Environmental Program Coordinator for Ecological Solutions, Inc., and as Assistant Swim Coach at Lone Star Aquatic Club. Megan's career began with an internship at The Climate Institute, contributing to discussions on climate change solutions. Megan holds an MBA with a focus on Operations Management from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington.
