David E. Glover

David E. Glover has extensive experience in engineering, systems analysis, and software development. David E. has held various senior roles at companies such as Green Hills Software, Boeing Rocketdyne Propulsion & Power, and Collins Avionics Division. Their expertise includes strategic planning, risk analysis, certification initiatives, and software architecture. Glover has also worked on advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence modeling, and neural networks in their career.

David E. Glover pursued their education starting with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from South Dakota Mines in 1973. David E. then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Maharishi International University in 1979. Following this, they obtained a PhD and MS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa between 1980 and 1986. In 1969-1971, they also studied Aerospace and Electrical Engineering at Iowa State University.
