Kathy Bolton has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Kathy is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Green Impact Partners Inc. since March 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at BluEarth Renewables Inc. from April 2014 to March 2021. Kathy also served as the Vice President of Finance at BluEarth Renewables Inc. from September 2010 to April 2014. Before joining BluEarth Renewables Inc., Kathy worked at Canadian Hydro Developers, Inc. where they held various roles including Chief Financial Officer from July 2009 to December 2009, Vice President of Finance from May 2008 to June 2009, and Manager of Finance from June 2005 to May 2008. Kathy began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Canada, where they worked from September 2002 to June 2005.
Kathy Bolton completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001. In 2005, they obtained a CA (Chartered Accountant) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. Kathy also holds additional certifications, including CA, CPA from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada) and ICD.D, though the institution and the year of obtaining these certifications is not specified.
