Green Ivy Schools
Rosa Núñez has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Rosa started their career as a Recruiting Manager at Apollos Partners LLC in November 2011, where they focused on placing and developing accounting and finance professionals. Rosa stayed with the company for almost five years until July 2016.
After that, Rosa joined Chinese Cultural Studies at Columbia University in August 2016 as an Admissions and Operations Director. Rosa held this position for two years before moving on to Green Ivy Schools in September 2018. At Green Ivy Schools, Rosa started as an Assistant Admissions Director and worked in this role until April 2021. Rosa then became an Associate Admissions Director for a few months before being promoted to the position of Admissions Director in September 2021, their current role.
Rosa Núñez attended Brooklyn Technical High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Architecture. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Baruch College from 1996 to 2000. At Baruch College, they earned a BBA degree in Accountancy.

Green Ivy Schools
Green Ivy Schools was founded by Dr. Jennifer Jones in New York City in 2012 to serve as a foundational network of schools representing best practices in education worldwide. The first two schools in the Green Ivy family are Pine Street School and Battery Park Montessori. These are “sister schools” and serve as two campuses in the Green Ivy network. Both schools offer internationally respected models of education (International Baccalaureate and Montessori), exceptional teachers, empassioned leaders, multilingual instruction and forward-thinking approaches. Our program of instruction encourages curiosity, supports student agency, and is rooted in our students' experiences of the global world. These pedagogical traits, coupled with our integration of technology, have prepared our students and our entire learning community exceptionally well for Remote Learning. In our Remote Learning approach, you see that our dedicated faculty create the familiarity and expectations of the school routine in the virtual classrooms with the whole group, differentiated groups, and independent instruction. Our students, as digital natives, are at ease with the online environment, and quickly develop the capacity to present their world and follow through on engaging and intellectually rigorous lessons and assignments.
