Lauren Pratt

Lauren Pratt serves as the Executive Director of Construction and Development for Green Key Resources, specializing in the permanent recruitment of Property and Construction professionals in the Southeast market since March 2022. Previously, Lauren held various leadership roles at Michael Page, including Associate Practice Director and Senior Manager, achieving significant financial success and recognition for contributions to team performance. Prior experience includes engineering roles at EP Energy, where Lauren focused on reservoir studies and asset development, coupled with internships in production engineering and reservoir engineering at major energy companies. Lauren possesses a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
