Natalie Didesidero

Natalie DiDesidero is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Green Key Resources since February 2025, Natalie plays a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies. Prior to this, Natalie was a Senior National Finance & Banking Recruiter at TEKsystems, where the focus was on attracting high-quality technical candidates through innovative recruiting strategies. Experience also includes serving as a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead at both Aston Carter and Aerotek, overseeing remote teams and managing compliance with ATS processes. Natalie's career began at Coombs Tavern, where experience was gained in customer service roles. Natalie holds a BS in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania.
