Workforce Coordinator, Lexington at GREEN MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION

Adam Warren is the current Workforce Coordinator for Lexington at GREEN MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION. Prior to this, they were the Site Director for Amizade Global Service-Learning from January 2013 to September 2013. In this role, they were in charge of planning, scheduling, and overseeing work projects, cultural events, meals and sleeping arrangements for groups of volunteers ranging from group sizes of 10 people (smallest group) to 72 people (largest group). Adam also served as liaison between Williamson, WV (Appalachia Site) and Amizade headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.

From June 2015 to June 2018, Adam was the President of Revitalize Appalachia, a social enterprise that focused on sustainable construction and on-the-job training for unemployed or underemployed Appalachians. Adam held the General Contractors license for the entire organization and managed projects across 4 counties in Southern West Virginia. Adam also oversaw the organization through over 25 installations across the state, on commercial property and personal residences.

Adam has also spoken to groups of hundreds of people as well as created social media videos, and other information that was viewed by thousands.

Adam Warren received their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University.
