Annie Leung

Annie Leung serves as the Associate Director of Engineering at Green Monday, holding prior roles such as Senior Engineer and Team Lead. In their current position, Annie oversees all engineering functions and projects across the OMNIFOOD Group, leading efforts in production scale-up and new product development in the Greater China region. Previous experience includes senior engineering and consulting roles at SCE Global Enterprises, ABCO Laboratories, and various internships focusing on R&D, supply chain management, and food safety. Annie Leung holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Food Science from Cornell University, alongside diverse experiences in the food and health industries.
