Rebecca Mak has held various quality assurance roles in the food industry, currently serving as Assistant QA Manager at Green Monday since February 2021. Prior experience includes multiple positions at Amoy Food Limited from April 2015 to January 2021, where Rebecca advanced from QA Technician II to Senior QA Technologist, and transitioned through the roles of QA Officer and QA Technologist. Earlier experience at Hung Fook Tong Holdings as a QC Technician further solidified Rebecca's expertise in quality control. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and Nutrition from RMIT University, obtained in 2014.
