Eileen Hausermann

Eileen Hausermann is a Laboratory Administrative Assistant at Green Mountain Antibodies. Eileen has previous experience as a Documentation Specialist in Quality Dept/Lab and an Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator.

Eileen began their career in July 2014 as an Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator at Mountain Health Center. In this role, they coordinated access to state and local resources such as nutrition, transportation, fuel, housing and discounts for medical and pharmacy services. As a Certified Application Counselor, they assisted with enrollment in low-cost and free health insurance programs through the health insurance exchange. Eileen also managed outreach, community relations and social media for the health center.

In July 2015, Eileen took on a new role as Documentation Specialist in Quality Dept/Lab at Aspenti Health. In this role, they supported the document management process by collaborating with authors and subject matter experts and administering the document control application. Eileen reviewed, edited and distributed company documentation (standard operating procedures, work instructions and policies for lab and other departments) and ensured it met business and regulatory needs and requirements. When errors, problems or non-standard situations were identified, they suggested alternatives.

Eileen has been with their current employer, Green Mountain Antibodies, since January 2020, where they serve as a Laboratory Administrative Assistant.

Eileen Hausermann has an associate's degree in liberal studies/human services/business from the Community College of Vermont. Eileen is also state certified as a licensed nursing assistant from Skilltech at Center for Technology, Essex Jct., VT. Eileen has also attended Champlain College, EJHS, St. Lawrence University, and Trinity College of Vermont.

They work with Erik Flynn - Laboratory Technician, Patrick Thornton - Laboratory Technician, and Reece Pawlaczyk - Laboratory Technician. Eileen Hausermann reports to Lucas Paquin, Lab Manager, Protein Purification & Characterization, Safety Officer.
