Alicia DiCocco is an experienced professional in external relations and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Deputy Director at the Green Mountain Club since July 2014. In this role, Alicia leads strategic initiatives for development, membership, and communications. Prior to this position, Alicia held various roles at Spectrum Youth and Family Services as Director of Development and Communications, and at The Pinyon as Development & Communications Coordinator. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Blue River Bistro and as Program Coordinator & Volunteer Manager at Eagle Eye Institute. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Boston University, earned between 2000 and 2004.

Green Mountain Club
The Green Mountain Club is the founder and maintainer of the Long Trail - the oldest long-distance hiking trail in America. Established in 1910 to build this trail stretching the length of Vermont, the club now also maintains the Appalachian Trail in Vermont and trails in the Northeast Kingdom in its mission to "make the Vermont mountains play a larger part in the life of the people."
