Dawn Tyler possesses a robust background in product analysis and customer experience, currently serving as a Cross Serve & Core Product Analyst at NRG Energy since April 2022, where responsibilities include conducting research studies, leading product launches, and managing customer feedback. Previously, Dawn held roles as a Product Innovation Specialist and Business Analyst at CEMEX, focusing on customer insights and experience, utilizing Net Promoter Score data, and promoting global initiatives. Prior experiences span project coordination at alliantgroup, customer service at City Savings Bank, and a public relations internship at Waitr. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from McNeese State University.
