Cheri Boucher is the Director of Finance at Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity. Previously, Cheri was the Controller at Onion River Cooperative Inc and has extensive experience as an Accounting Manager at various companies. Cheri is also the Owner of Asset Bookkeeping, providing a range of financial services since 1999.

Driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity began in 1984 when a group of concerned citizens gathered to take action on the lack of affordable housing in the region. Since then, the organization has continued to build homes, community, and hope in a service area that includes Chittenden, Franklin, Grand Isle, and Lamoille counties. Families and individuals in need of a hand-up partner with Green Mountain Habitat to build a safe, energy-efficient, and affordable place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering, or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves.
