Don Tougas

Don Tougas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software engineering and business leadership. Currently serving as the BI Team Lead at Green Mountain Power since July 2002, Don has successfully assembled and implemented a business intelligence team and standardized the use of OBIEE company-wide. Prior to this role, Don co-founded InnoSoft, Inc. and held the position of Principal Software Consultant, overseeing all operations of the software consulting firm. Don's career includes roles at LPA Software, where responsibilities involved embedded systems development for the semiconductor industry, as well as positions at Digital Equipment Corporation that encompassed software engineering and test engineering. Don's foundational experience includes establishing a software consulting business and serving as Telecommunications Team Lead in the United States Air Force, focusing on communications technology. Don holds degrees from St. Michael's College and the College of the US Air Force.
