Emily Willis

Emily Willis, SHRM-SCP, has over 25 years of experience in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Green Mountain Power since November 2008, Emily has also held roles as Leader of People, Performance and Culture and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Business Partner at Qimonda, Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Porter Medical Center, Employment Coordinator at Middlebury College, and Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Sugarbush Resort. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Wilfrid Laurier University.
