Seth Howland

Seth Howland possesses a diverse and extensive professional background, currently serving as a Communications Technician 2nd Class at Green Mountain Power since December 2022, having also held the roles of 3rd Class Technician and Apprentice. With a military career in the United States Army Reserve since October 2010, Seth holds the rank of Sergeant First Class and serves as an instructor, specializing as a light wheeled vehicle mechanic and certified in recovery operations.
