Tiana Smith

Tiana Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrification, sustainability, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Electrification and Sustainability at Green Mountain Power since June 2022, Tiana previously held multiple leadership roles at Vermont Gas Systems, Inc., including Senior Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff, Director of Climate Strategy, and Talent and Culture Lead. Experience also includes positions as Revenue and Project Manager with the City of Fort Collins and various roles within City of Fort Collins Utilities, focusing on customer account management and energy services. Earlier career highlights include cost control and contract administration at AMEC and quality assurance support at Developmental Pathways. Tiana earned a B.A. in English from Colorado State University.
