Doug B.

Doug B. has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on IC custom layout and automation programming. Currently at Green Mountain Semiconductor Inc. since January 2015, Doug is involved in the physical mask layout of phase change memory products, pcell development, and IT infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles as an EDA Layout Specialist at Deteq Services, where Doug managed debugging and testing of radiation instruments, and automated data logging via VBA scripting. Doug's background also encompasses PDK automation development at IBM, physical design engineering at Nanya Technology, and product design engineering at Omniflow Computers. Doug holds an Associates of Arts and Sciences in IC mask design from Austin Community College and an Associates in Electronic Technology from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
