Prior to these roles, Ben held various leadership positions at companies like Enjoying Life, Evoqua Water Technologies, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Siemens, and OSRAM SYLVANIA/Siemens. Ben holds a Master of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, where Ben also earned their Bachelor of Science in the same field.
